The crew Juho Hänninen/Mikko Markkula (Skoda Fabia) was indisputable during the whole weekend and the victory went to them in the Rally Argentina 2010 which took place in Villa Carlos Paz. The podium was completed by  Guy WilksPhilip Pugh and Jan Kopecký/Petr Starý, both from Skoda.

The 30° Rally Argentina, which was part of the celebrations of the Argentine Bicentenary, was mostly dominated by the Finn from start to end. Hänninen finished the competition with a time of 2h.30m.38s.1/10 and a gap of 51s.0 over Wilks.

Although he began the day with a gap of 30 seconds, Hänninen did not especulate and gassed in the very first stages conquering the three victories in a row. The gap was broadened by more than 45 seconds which allowed him to run the remaining stages in the afternoon confortably.

On the other hand, Guy Wilks was cautious all day long and before going against a solid Hänninen, he focused to keep his second position.

Jan Kopecký struggled all day long from behind, trying to discount seconds over Kris Meeke. Meeke suffered all afternoon due to the problems in his Peugeot 207 which caused him to lose a bolt in the steering. He had to abandon when he finished the "Cosquín - Villa Allende II" stage.

Thus Skoda was in the podium in all three positions and got his first victory as brand in the Rally Argentina.

POZZO WON THE ARGENTINE CHAMPIONSHIP

Gabriel Pozzo (Subaru Impreza) and Federico Villagra (Ford Fiesta) were the best representatives of the Argentine Rally Championship fighting for the fourth position in the Overall in each stage. Pozzo took over Villagra´s position in the "Cosquín - Villa Allende" stage.

The podium for the Argentine Championship was completed by Diego Dominguez (Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X). In the rest of the classes, Agustín Elvira (Mitsubishi Lancer Evo IX) was the best of the N4 Light, whereas Elder Tasca (Subaru Impreza) got the first position of the Super R.

In the 2WD classes, Luis Gius (Ford Ka) dominated followed by Alicia Reina (fiat Palio)
