SABA FOR CODASUR ; NALABANDIAN FOR COPA ACA
Gustavo Saba (Skoda Fabia R5) won the second round of the FIA Codasur Championship 2018, that took place within the YPF Rally Argentina 2018. The drivers went through the first loop of the first and second stages of the rally and completed a total of 158,48 kilometres.
The paraguayan driver took advantage of the hydraulic power steering difficulties that Alejandro Galanti (Toyota Yaris R5), who had won the first stage, had during the stage. Saba took the lead after a wonderful performance on the longest stage of the rally, Cuchilla Nevada-Río Pintos (40,48km).
Saba won the overall and the RC2 class with 1:45:30.2 and went ahead Alejandro Cancio (Skoda Fabia R5), who had taken the leading position after Galanti abandoned the rally, by only 1.4 at a fascinating ending. Diego Domínguez (Hyundai i20 R5) ended on the third position, 56.9 from the lead.
Hugo Domínguez (Peugeot 208) won the RC4 class, while Andre Allegretti (Fiat Palio) suceeded on the RC5 class.
Regarding Copa ACA, David Nalbandian (Chevrolet Ónix MR Turbo) was the dominating driver on the overall and the Maxi Rally beating Rodrigo Zeballos (Peugeot 208 MR). Pablo Pelaez (VW Gol Junior), who has also won the RC3, ended on the third position. Pablo Gallastegui (Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X) achieved a victory on RC2N class.

The podium celebration of the FIA Codasur and the Copa ACA will take place today at 6 p.m. at the Agencia Córdoba Turismo stand in the heart of the Service Park of the YPF Rally Argentina 2018, near San Roque lake.
